Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours of operation?
Our open play hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10-2 & 3-5 and Fridays, 10-2 & 3-6. We do book parties at 5:00 on Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fridays at 6:00, however, it is the weekend price since you will be getting a private party.
Our first party on Saturday and Sunday will begin at 10am. The last party that we will book on the weekend is at 6pm. If the 6pm is booked on Friday or Saturday, we will book a 7pm party. If the 10am party is booked on Saturday or Sunday, we will book a 9am party.
If we have a block of time on the weekend with no parties scheduled, we will have open play hours.
What is included in your party package?
We will supply paper goods, plastic utensils, and invitations. There will not be any discounts if you choose to bring your own paper goods. Each party will be assigned a party coordinator who will greet the children, go over safety rules, supervise the party in the play area, assist parents and children in the party room and assist with the food and gifts.
How do I book a party?
You should call us to schedule a party. A deposit using a credit card, cash or check is required to hold the date and time. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. The balance is due on the day of the party using either a credit card, check or cash.
You may also choose to complete the Party Scheduling Form with your contact information and the party date and time you would like. The manager will then contact you upon receipt of the completed form to obtain the deposit and secure the party date and time. The balance will be due on the day of the party using either a credit card, check or cash.
How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend booking your party a few months in advance to secure the date and time you would like.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a $100 deposit to hold a party slot. You may cancel up to 30 days from your party date, at which time we will issue a full refund. However, if you cancel less than 30 days before the party date, your deposit will not be refundable.
If you would like to reschedule, you must give us at least two weeks notice from your party date. If it is less than two weeks notice, you will lose your deposit.
In the event we have to close due to inclement weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule your party at the next available time for you and us. We will work with you to ensure everyone's needs are being met.
How long is the party and what is the format?
The party is an hour and 45 minutes. The first hour will take place in the inflatable area. The next 45 minutes will be in the party room where the children and adults can have food and drinks.
The birthday child may choose to open their gifts in the party room if the time permits. Our party coordinator can load gifts into a cart and assist
the parents to their vehicle. The party group cannot return to the inflatable area after leaving the party room.
We ask that our guests not arrive more than ten minutes before their party time. We do this to ensure the party room is clean and ready for your party.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the party?
We do not permit any outside food or drinks into the facility, except the birthday cake, ice cream, fruits and veggies. Upon your request, we will order pizza pies to be delivered. We also sell a variety of drinks for your party.
Food and drinks are not included in the party price packages. Any drinks that are not opened may be returned at the end of the party and deducted from your final bill. We can also add drinks throughout your party.
We can also order pizza for you to eat in our lobby if you are here for open play. Please see the manager at the front desk.
What size children's party packages do you offer?
We have party packages to fit any budget and size.
- small package is for 15 children
- medium is for 20 children
- large is for 25 children
Each additional child will be $10.
What are the rules inside the play area?
No food or drinks in the play area except water. Socks are required for anyone going on the inflatables. No running, pushing, wrestling. Go down the inflatables feet first. Pick up arms and elbows to avoid "carpet burn" as you go down the slides.
No gum. No sharp jewelry that may get caught on the inflatables. (It may get caught on the mesh on the inflatable or puncture a hole in the inflatable).
Go down the inflatables one at a time. Make sure the bottom is clear before descending any slides. Children and adults may not go behind or on the sides of the inflatables at any time.
Do you offer day care or drop off services?
At this time we do not offer these types of services. However, in the future we may reconsider our options. The parent/guardian must stay on the premises while the child is using our facility.
What sets you apart from other party places?
We are an independent business and not part of a franchise. We have the flexibility to work with our customers. We can work within your budget and meet any special needs you may have.
Is it required for every child to have a signed waiver?
Yes; every child must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver on their behalf prior to entering the play area.
Is there a charge for children of any age?
We will charge for any child that is two years of age and older. It is up to the discretion of the parent/guardian as to whether the inflatables are suitable for their child or not. We charge children that are under two years for open play if they are not with a child that is two years or older. We do not charge adults, however they can use the inflatables with their children, so long as they do not exceed the weight restrictions. Each inflatable has a sign that states the weight limit.
Can you tip the party coordinators?
As in any service industry, tipping is at your discretion. Most of the staff are high school and college kids who greatly appreciate tips for their hard work.
