  • What is the cost for open play?
It is $14 plus tax, per child for open play. We charge for all children who are 2 and older. Children under the age of 2 are free, as long as they are with a child who is 2 or older.
  • What are your weekend hours?
Our weekend hours vary based on private bookings. Our website will be updated before the weekend to show our open play hours. Weekend open play hours are also posted on our FaceBook and Instagram pages when we have open hours. The hours posted are the only hours that the general public will be allowed to use the facility.
  • Is there an age limit?
Our facility is for children under the age of 12. Adults are NOT allowed on the equipment unless they are assisting a young (under 4) child.
  • Can be bring cupcakes to eat in the lobby during open play?
No. Cupcakes/cakes may only be brought in if you have a birthday party scheduled. Our lobby tables are for open play customers to have a quick drink or snack while they are playing, NOT for birthday setups. We do not allow cupcakes, cakes, or birthday decorations to be placed in the lobby-NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Can Bounce Town host a field trip?
Yes! Field trip groups are offered a discounted rate of $10 per child plus tax, unless you are tax exempt. Party rooms can be used for field trips to store bags and shoes, as well as have lunch if you choose to do that. Please call us if you are interested in booking a field trip at our facility. We require a $100 deposit per hour that the group will be here. Note: Field trips are only private if they have 40 or more children attending, or are held at 9:00 am.
  • Do you take reservations?
No. All of our open play is first come, first served.
  • Do I need to complete a waiver every time I come in?
No! If you have completed an online version of our waiver, it gets saved into our system so it only needs to be completed once. If you have only done paper waivers, we need an online waiver completed before your child is allowed to bounce.
  • How much are tokens?
They are like quarters, so you get 4 tokens for every $1 you put into the token machine.
  • Do your games take quarters or tokens?
Our games only take tokens, with the exception of the Jurassic Park game that only takes $1 bills. If you bring quarters in, we can exchange them for tokens to be used in the arcade.
  • What is required to bounce?
Anyone who is bouncing must wear socks. All children must have a waiver on file in order to be able to bounce.
  • Can we drop our kids off during open play?
No. A parent/guardian MUST stay in the bounce area with their child while they are bouncing. Parents are responsible for watching their children while using our facility.

  • What can I bring in for parties?
You must bring in the cake/cupcakes and goodie bags if you want to hand those out. You are also allowed to bring in snacks like bags of chips or fruit/veggie trays. If you want to bring in decorations, we ask that you do not bring any pinatas or glitter/confetti. We also ask that you try to limit the decorations you bring in to items that can be set up and cleaned up in five minutes or less.
  • What is included with your birthday parties?
All birthday parties will be managed by a party host, who will help hand out food and drinks, and clean the room after the party. Every party comes with 60 arcade tokens that are split amongst the children, as well as a personalized birthday crown. We also include all of the paper goods (plates and napkins), cups, utensils, and tablecloths. If there is a specific theme you want for the party, you are welcome to bring those items. We do not provide specific themed or colored items for parties.
  • How do I book a birthday party?
Birthday parties can be booked by either calling us, or submitting a party form so we can call you. All birthday party bookings require a $100 deposit to hold the spot, and we will NOT hold a spot without a deposit
  • How far in advance can I book a party?
The sooner you book, the more options you will have available for times! If there is a specific date and time you want, we recommend booking ASAP to ensure you get your desired time. There are some spots that are more popular than others, so we recommend booking as soon as you know you would like to have a Bounce Town birthday!
  • Can I extend the bounce time for my party?
If you are the first or last party of the day, we can discuss the options for extending the bounce time on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, if you are scheduled at any other time, we cannot extend the party length due to bookings immediately before and after your session.
  • What is the difference between public and private parties?
Public birthday parties happen during our open play hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10-5 and Friday 10-6). Other guests are in the building using the bounce houses and arcade. Public parties are only offered during our regular open play hours during the week, NOT on the weekends. You still have private party room access during public parties. Private birthday parties happen after we close during the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5:00-6:45 or Friday 6:00-7:45) or on the weekends. All weekend birthday parties are private. During private parties, your group is the only group in the bounce area, and you have private party room access. The only area of possible overlap would be the lobby/arcade areas.
  • Do you have a fridge/freezer?
Yes, we have a freezer in the lobby that we can put ice cream cakes or ice cream cups in during the party while the kids are bouncing, as long as it is not a tall ice cream cake. We do NOT have refrigerator space available, so we recommend bringing in a freezer bag with ice packs or a cooler if you have items that need to be refrigerated.
  • Can we drop off our cakes/decorations early?
No, please bring everything in at the time of your party. We have very limited space to store decorations or extra cakes before your party time.
  • Can I request a specific party room?
No. We do not accept requests for specific party rooms.
